Roberto has over 15 years’ experience working in the Canadian and cross-border banking industry, federal government, public and private institutions. He is currently a Managing Director in a large Canadian financial institutions’ Corporate Finance practise. Roberto is an experienced Chartered Professional Account and senior financial and banking leader who has worked on transactions in Canada and the US and has built a strong network and reputation for being a hardworking, detail-oriented, relationship-driven individual. Roberto’s expertise includes financial reporting, auditing/internal controls, mergers and acquisitions and financial transactions and banking. Roberto maintains a history of community involvement and is an active volunteer in the community. He enjoys spending time with his wife and two kids and is on a life-long journey of continuously learning and giving back.
