A gentle approach to fitness using the guidelines and techniques from Pilates and Hatha Yoga. This class incorporates free weights, standing balance work, seated postures,
breathing exercises, and a short meditation component. Great for all levels and abilities. Improve strength and balance, increase lung capacity, socialize and meet new people and experience greater mobility. You’ll leave class feeling a deeper relaxation and sense of ease.
