Chair yoga is an accessible yoga class that focuses on seated postures and modified poses that everyone can enjoy! It places focus on functional poses that increase mobility and strengthen muscles and link breathing exercises to movement. A great program for overall health. *Registration is limited and public health guidelines must be followed at all times.
