igility, a subsidiary of Health Association Nova Scotia (HANS), is an organization focused on customized innovation solutions in all aspects of our members’ evolving business needs. We leverage our knowledge and experience within the many aspects of health care to identify solutions that are of great importance to the challenges facing continuing care. Our work with Guldmann Carelift Solutions and the Wound Management Program are examples of our ability to adapt and deliver.

The Wound Management Program was developed to support the continuing care sector. The foundation for this program is to assist the sector in a consistent approach in the prevention and management of evidence-informed wound care, improve the wound management outcomes and build capacity through knowledge transfer within the continuing care sector.

The Alzheimer Society of Nova Scotia is a not-for-profit health charity serving Nova Scotians impacted by Alzheimer’s disease and other dementias. Active in communities across the province, the Society offers help for today through programs and services and hope for tomorrow by funding research to find the cause and the cure.

Through our programs and services, we provide education and support to people living with dementia, their care partners, healthcare professionals and the public.
