Join a certified Yoga instructor for a gentle seated yoga class. This class uses the principles of yoga to gently stretch, strengthen, and relax in a friendly and welcoming environment. This class is well suited for beginners and those with previous yoga experience. The fall program term offers two six-week sessions at each location.
